For estate agents and letting agents in the UK: speak your notes during a viewing or an inspection, and get a tidy report with every photo in the right room.

Walk round the property and talk as you go: condition, fittings, anything that needs attention. No typing on site.
Your photos are placed under the rooms they were taken in, next to what you said about each one.
The report is ready to send to the vendor or landlord, and you can change anything first.

One email when it launches, asking you to confirm. If you do not confirm, we delete your address. We never share it. Privacy
